The secret to keeping any relationship strong is continuous effective communication.  Being a Connector requires ongoing interactive dialogue.  The term 'out of sight, out of mind' couldn't be any truer when it comes to being a Connector.  Strong Connections happen when people compromise, reciprocate and appreciate.

COMPROMISE

I have found that my greatest achievements have come when I am willing to compromise fairly.  It takes a considerable amount of understanding and patience to do that, but I truly believe that the key to any good connection is being able to weigh the needs of both sides evenly.  A balanced outcome is the greatest outcome.

RECIPROCITY

A strong Connector will give without taking or expecting.  The weight of the giving increases when reciprocity takes place.  Building a valuable network comes with time and experience, and  I have been able to build a wealth of Connections that have rewarded me and others dearly. 

APPRECIATION

I am constantly in touch with my main Connectors to let them know how valuable and appreciated they are.  My network knows that I never forget an act of generosity and support and that they can count on me to be there when they need me.
